Refund Policy

At Salt & Light Strategy Group (“SLSG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and consulting services. Because our work is delivered through scheduled sessions, customized engagements, and intellectual property, our refund policy differs from that of retail or e-commerce businesses.

1. Coaching Services (SALT)

Payments: Payment for coaching sessions, packages, or programs is due as outlined in your client agreement.

Cancellations: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or canceled sessions without sufficient notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Refunds: Coaching fees are non-refundable once a program has started. If you withdraw prior to the start of a program, you may request a partial refund (minus administrative fees).

2. Consulting Services (LIGHT)

Engagement Agreements: Consulting services are governed by individual client contracts, which outline specific payment and cancellation terms.

Deposits: Deposits or retainers paid to secure consulting engagements are non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds for consulting services are not generally provided once work has begun, as resources are allocated in advance. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in extraordinary circumstances.

3. Snapshot Assessments

Payment is required in advance to schedule a Snapshot Assessment.

Assessments are non-refundable once completed. If canceled prior to delivery, we may reschedule or, in some cases, offer a partial refund at our discretion.

4. General Terms

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Email:  info@slsgconsulting.com.

Any approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
